Based on the results obtained, the use of a crane was proposed to facilitate the process of transferring heavy components between stations. The last step was to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solution in terms of time savings. From the company's point of view, the results of the analysis performed are of significant importance. The proposed solution not only reduces the total time of service processes but also affects the comfort of the crew."]
