Szukana fraza: [Abstrakt = "The paper presents the classification of a group of products identified as vibro\-acoustic isolators used in railway construction and repair in order to mitigate the adverse impact generated by rail traffic \(vibration and noise\). Under the basic classification of vibro\-acoustic isolators the essential functional and operational features related to one of these products, i.e. Under Sleeper Pads \(USPs\), used in ballasted rail track systems, were described. With respect to these products the current formal and legal aspects of the USPs use in public procurement procedures, taking into account the changes resulting from the introduction of a Polish standard in this field and the related problems of appointing technical approvals in tender procedures were considered. The paper also presents the introduction of appropriate test methods for determining the values of relevant parameters for the purposes of using vibro\-acoustic isolators. In particular the examples of the normative method of the USPs’ testing carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and selected results of such tests were presented."]
