Contact measurement method with temperature sensor is unreliable. Alternative way is the noncontact thermovision measurement, which can give an information about the temperature of the diode pins. In practice the information about diode junction is more significant. This article describe relation between a result of diode pins thermovision measurement and temperature of junction. The diodes with two semiconductors junctions in the same case was used. Junctions of the diodes was connected in various kind \(common anode and common cathode\). It was found relation, which allow estimate of junction temperature value based on pin temperature."]
